Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. However, please allow up to 8 business days for processing (especially during promotional periods). All orders are shipped from Los Angeles or New York City and delivery time is based on shipping method. PLEASE NOTE that all orders above $50 will require a signature for delivery.
Tracking Issues:Please note, if your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything yet, please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered or signed by a doorman. If your package has not been located after the above time period, please reach out to us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
Once we receive your items and make sure that they meet the conditions above, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the method of payment used for the purchase.
We do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks from the date your return in our office for the return to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalized.
Full priced items purchased from ofnonation.co are eligible for a full refund or exchange (depending on availability) if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items marked down that have been purchased using a discount code are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
For all domestic customers (within the United States), a prepaid return shipping label will be provided if you choose to return the item at no charge For all international customers, return shipping costs will not be covered.To request an exchange or return, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Items must be returned to back to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if returning/exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Returns and exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 30 day window.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damaged items must be returned to back to us within 14 days from the date of receiving in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipt.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Customs & Duties:
We currently offer UPS as our international courier. We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Of—No Nation LLC is not responsible. Of—No Nation LLC is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not held responsible for any customs duties or taxes issued by your respective country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. Goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Of—No Nation LLC to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Of—No Nation LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. Note: It can take up to 6 weeks from the date the package is shipped to clear international customs and arrive at international destinations.

Which courier providers do you use?
USPS Priority Mail w/ Signature Confirmation:
Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Shipping prices are calculated using real time quotes and are based on weight and destination. Please note: Most orders will ship within 5 business days from purchase.
We currently offer DHL Direct and Standard Shipping, USPS Priority Mail International, and UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping. r
For all international customers, return shipping costs will not be covered.
